These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using the MiLove app and website.

By using MiLove, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use MiLove.

1. About MiLove

MiLove is a personal relationship companion for profiles, dates, events, photos, reminders, widgets, share images, and backups. It is not counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or an emergency service.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the names, photos, notes, and other content you add. You are responsible for having permission to use that content and for respecting other people’s rights and privacy.

3. Local data and backups

MiLove stores relationship data on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device and securely keeping any backups you export. Deleting the app, replacing a relationship, or losing a backup may permanently remove that data.

4. MiLove Pro

MiLove may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The price, billing period, and included features are shown before purchase.

• Payment is processed by Apple through your Apple Account.
• A subscription renews automatically until canceled.
• You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use MiLove unlawfully, violate another person’s rights, interfere with the app, or bypass subscription and security controls.

6. Apple services

MiLove uses Apple services such as the App Store, StoreKit, Photos picker, notifications, widgets, Files, and sharing. Those services are also governed by Apple’s terms and policies.

7. Availability

Features may be updated, changed, or removed. MiLove may not always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, MiLove is provided “as is.” Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiLove is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, photos, backups, or missed reminders. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The latest version will show a new date. Questions can be sent to hi@spokio.pro or through the contact page.
